Creative Beauty Shoot with Garcia Morales

This week I worked on a creative beauty shoot with photographer Garcia Morales, hair artist Masanori Yahiro and model Ruby Balthazar. I wanted to incorporate body paint with beauty makeup.  Ruby really suited this metallic gold body paint, so this was my starting point. Masanori created an amazing hair sculpture, starting with a white textured foam like structure, which then became blackened as the look progressed. I used gold leaf on the eyes for the first look, with a textured brushed up brow and later added red wet look tones to create contrast and drama in the look.
